Hi guys hope you had a good weekend. My weekend went in an instant by reading almost 400 chapters of arakawa under the bridge which review will be coming soon. Actually I don’t know what to blog about today so I was just scrolling down wordpress. Then I saw KiritoNarukami‘s post on ANIME TO WATCH IN SUMMER 2020!!. I didn’t want to every single anime he posted so I’m going to post some different animes airing this summer. If you want more anime then check out his post.

15. Gibiate

Anime synopsis:

In 2030, Japan. A virus has infected humans throughout the world. Infected people turn into different forms of monsters based on their ages, sexes and races. The virus is named ‘Gibia’ – after being rich in variety like gibia.

Just then, a pair of samurai and ninja appeared in such a blighted wasteland of Japan. They both travelled from the early Edo period, fighting together with help from a doctor who tries to find cure for Gibia. Facing ceaseless attacks from Gibias, and outlaws that attack travellers for food, they start the dangerous journey with enemies all around.

14. Koi to Producer: EVOL×LOVE

Anime synopsis:

A girl inherits a company that is almost bankrupt from her late father. Lacking the funds, she must now become the producer herself in order to save the company from collapse. During her work, she meets four boys—financial expert Zen, the idol Kira, police officer Haku, and leading neuroscientist Simon—and is suddenly involved with the conspiracies and mysteries over the existence of special powers known as “Evol.”

Based on the Papergames’ otome dating simulation, Koi to Producer: EVOL×LOVE. Koi to Producer was initially released in China in December 2017 for iOS and Android systems. Game publisher Elex localised the game in English under the title Mr Love: Queen’s Choice in March 2019, and the game recently launched in Japan on July 3, 2019. The Japanese cast from the game will be reprising their roles.

13. Ninja collection

Anime synopsis:

A Yami Shibai spin-off series.

The new Ninja Collection anime will retain the urban legend and horror elements, but will center on the Tokeshu ninja group in Tokyo, the city where dreams and desires swirl like eddies in a river. With ancient techniques passed down through generations, the ninja are intent on wiping out the “darkness” enveloping people in the current Reiwa era.

12. Kanojo, Okarishimasu

Anime synopsis:

Anime synopsis:

10. Chou Futsuu Toshi Kashiwa Densetsu R

Anime synopsis:

A surreal gag anime about female junior high school students who along with mysterious creatures attend a junior high school set in the real Kashiwa town, together loosely conveying the charm of Kashiwa with contents related to the town and its events.

9. Fire Force Season 2

Anime synopsis:

Year 198 of the Solar Era in Tokyo, special fire brigades are fighting against a phenomenon called spontaneous human combustion where humans beings are turned into living infernos called “Infernals.” While the Infernals are first generation cases of spontaneous human combustion, later generations possess the ability to manipulate flames while retaining human form. Shinra Kusakabe, a youth who gained the nickname Devil’s Footprints for his ability to ignite his feet at will, joins the Special Fire Force Company 8 which composes of other flames users as they work to extinguish any Infernals they encounter. As a faction that is creating Infernals appears, Shira begins to uncover the truth behind a mysterious fire that caused the death of his family twelve years ago.

Anime synopsis:

Are you a victim of unwanted spirit possession? Is there a ghost you need sent up and away…or down to burn for all eternity? If the answer is yes, then you need Muhyo and Roji, experts in magic law. Serving justice to evil spirits is their specialty.

7. No Guns Life 2

Anime synopsis:

After the war, there are many “Extends” in the city, people whose bodies were modified to make them into dangerous weapons. Inui Juuzou is one of them, and he has no memories of his life and body before his head was transformed into a gun. Strangely enough, his head-gun is designed so that only someone behind him can pull the trigger. Juuzou makes a living by taking on cases involving Extends in the city, and he is assisted by Mary, an intelligent young woman that he has taken under his protection.

Anime synopsis:

5. Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- Season 2

Anime synopsis:

In the story, Subaru Natsuki is an ordinary high school student who is lost in an alternate world, where he is rescued by a beautiful, silver-haired girl. He stays near her to return the favor, but the destiny she is burdened with is more than Subaru can imagine. Enemies attack one by one, and both of them are killed. He then finds out he has the power to rewind death, back to the time he first came to this world. But only he remembers what has happened since.

4. My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU Climax

Anime synopsis:

This romantic comedy revolves around an antisocial high school student named Hikigaya Hachiman with a distorted view on life and no friends or girlfriend. When he see his classmates talking excitedly about living their adolescent lives, he mutters: “They’re a bunch of liars.” When he is asked about his future dreams, he responds: “Not working.” A teacher gets Hachiman to join the ‘Volunteer Service’ club, which happens to have the school’s prettiest girl: Yukinoshita Yukino.

As the members of the Service Club band together to host a school prom, Hachiman, Yukino and Yui will have to put their feelings into words and truly learn to understand each other at long last… if the Service Club can even stay afloat, that is!

Anime synopsis:

Based on a mixed media project that blends fantasy, magical girl, and idol elements, Lapis Re:LiGHTs will follow a group of students as they train to become idols. Together, they’ll use the magic of music and the magic of… well, literal magic… in their performances.

2. Sword Art Online: Alicization – War of Underworld Part 2

Anime synopsis:

Despite their recent victory against Quinella, Kirito and Alice find themselves in another dangerous situation. The Ocean Turtle, the complex in which resides the machinery that sustains Underworld, is under attack by an unknown enemy, leading to Kirito being thrown into a comatose state.
