Yes, I have started reading Tokyo Ghoul. It’s something I’ve been wanting to get on for a long time and since it’s been 10 years since it’s released, I thought why not read it now to commemorate it. I have watched season 1 of Tokyo Ghoul a few years so I don’t remember much and since the anime is bad, I planned on reading the manga. I also have the 7th vol for some reason.

My impressions

Let’s go!!!! I can’t believe I’m finally reading this, so excited but anyway it was a really good first chapter. The chapters reveals most of the characters that we would meeting in the upcoming chapters and to also how kaneki became a ghoul. The ending to the 1st chapter was also amazing.

As the guy who already read the 7th vol for some reason, I already know this is gonna be one hell of a journey till there. The first chapter also shows the kind of art style and the body horror we’ll be seeing in the upcoming chapters, so yeah back to reading again.
